CARDINAL COFFEA

Me and a few blogger friends got invited for a quick food and drink tasting over at this new coffee and pastry spot, Cardinal Coffea. The whole premise of the place isn't anything too new, but what they do, they do well. Check out some of the photos I took of the place during our visit! There's some lovely cakes, drinks and their specialty pastries--all of which are quite lovely.

The place looks simple, but slick. The cafe's interiors are designed industrially which I totally dig. The whole place has a really cool feel to it and just makes the overall experience of being there way better. Plus, if you come in during the morning, you will for sure be smelling the scent of fresh coffee being roasted and grounded as they even have a special area within the cafe for that. Who doesn't love the smell of fresh coffee?

Their White Chocolate Dream and their heavenly Chicken Pandesal, Cheese Roll and Special Ensaymada
Delectable cakes! From left to right: The Yema, Chocolate Truffle, and Boston Cream cake!

Overall, I quite enjoyed the place. They serve some of the freshest, most delicious cakes, pastries, and of course, drinks in town--at a really reasonable price! You'll be getting some great value for your money if you come visit the place. Plus, it's just a great place to hangout in because it's located within the hear of the city, and looks like such a cool place to just be in. I'm definitely paying a visit if I happen to stumble upon near the Capitol area in the future. Can't wait to be back!

  2. The cafe looks like "New York"-y. It's simple, slick, and minimalist. Might drop by one of these days.

  3. I love the smell of fresh coffee, although I don't and won't drink it. Really cool interiors! And the cakes look so delish.

  4. nice place. I hope that they can solve the parking issue because many coffeeshops "died" because they cannot offer a safe place to park for customers.
