It’s hard to believe that a new Star Wars movie is upon us, but yes, "Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens" is most definitely here. And the hype-train that this movie is riding on is simply unparalleled.
Lots of fans--new and old, reeling with excitement to go and see the movie. With that in mind, some fans might be looking for a quick way to recap the story of the films and refresh them in their memories without having to sit and watch the old films. Now if you happen to qualify into that category, count yourself very lucky because one pair of fans took it upon themselves to make sure everyone’s up to speed on the sci-fi saga with a single-take video that condenses the entire six-film series into one six-minute recap.

Care of the Fine Brothers, who are also known for their "Kids React To..." series and similar types of videos, the recap features the duo plowing through the entirety of the franchise while dressed in Jedi robes and wielding lightsabers. And although their focus is on the original trilogy of films (Episodes IV, V, and VI), they still manage to squeeze in a quick rundown of everything relevant that happened in the three prequel films — which as any Star Wars fan will likely attest, pretty much doesn’t amount to much in terms of narrative content.

The pair’s narration does go a bit fast at certain points and anyone who might be using the video to make up for not seeing a chapter or two of the saga might miss some major plot points, but the recap is most probably aimed at fans who simply want a refresher on everything that led up to the events of The Force Awakens rather than anyone who’s never seen a Star Wars movie. The way the pair fly through more than 13 hours of big-screen storylines in a single take is an absolute blast to witness, that's for sure.

I will be doing a review of the movie very soon so be sure to keep an eye out for that!
